Supplemental Staging – Do Not Use

Often clients still occupy their homes when they make the decision to list them for sale.  Like most, we tend to amass mountains of personal items and the process of getting a home ready for the market can look daunting…but we can help!  The way we live and the way we sell a home are very different.  Casa de Lazo can help with everything from home updates such as painting, updated light fixtures, etc. to organizing, and arranging your home to look move-in ready and appealing to buyers.  Staging-wise, we can work with the owners existing furnishings, bringing in updated art, accessories, bedding, etc. when needed.
